Some FAQ About This Service

An underground downspout system redirects rainwater from your gutters away from the foundation of your home by connecting your downspouts together and discharging the water a safe distance away from the house. Properly managed downspouts help to prevent flooding, foundation issues, and other major water problems on your property.
A dry well collects excess water in an underground space that has void and is surrounded by aggregate. It allows water to slowly drain into the ground, preventing standing water and alleviating drainage issues in your yard. Downspout systems, french drains, and other yard drainage systems can all be directed to a dry well (even simultaneously). They are particularly useful in areas that do not allow for enough slope to direct the water properly away from your property. Dry wells can also be stacked or strung together for areas that take on excessive water.
